Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

As reported in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Gran Tierra Energy Inc. on May 13, 2015, Ryan Ellson was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Gran Tierra, replacing James Rozon in that position. Gran Tierra further reported that Mr. Rozon would remain as an employee of Gran Tierra to assist in the transition of his role for an indeterminate period of time. Effective June 30, 2015, Mr. Rozon’s employment will be terminated.
