  On November 4, 2015, GAMCO Investors, Inc.'s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share to all of its Class A and Class B shareholders, payable on December 29, 2015 to its Class A and Class B shareholders of record on December 15, 2015.  The Board of Directors of GAMCO Investors, Inc. will reevaluate the amount of future dividends subsequent to the spin-off of Associated Capital Group, Inc., which will occur on November 30, 2015.
