Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Frank L. Steeves has submitted his resignation to Emerson Electric Co. (the “Company”) as Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, each effective July 20, 2015. Mr. Steeves will remain as an employee of the Company until September 30, 2015 (the end of the Company's fiscal year) to be available to assist with the orderly transition of key legal items and community activities to other Emerson executives.
