(b)����Russell R. Harris employment with Echelon Corporation (the Company) will terminate effective March 13, 2015. Mr. Harris currently serves as the Companys Senior Vice President of Operations and is one of the Companys named executive officers in its proxy statement dated April 9, 2014.
