(b)            On August 26, 2015, Randall S. Jozwiakowski, submitted a letter of resignation from the board of directors of Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of 12:01 a.m. on September 1, 2015, concurrent with his retirement from Anheuser-Busch, LLC (“A-B”). Mr. Jozwiakowski has served as one of two directors designated by A-B pursuant to contractual rights granted to A-B by the Company.
