On November 8, 2015, Ms. Suzanne B. Labarge, a member of the Board of Directors of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”), provided the Company with notice of her resignation from the Board, effective December 16, 2015. Ms. Labarge’s resignation is for personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or its management.
