Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 30, 2015, the Board of Directors of BankFinancial Corporation approved the extension of the employment periods in BankFinancial Corporation's (the "Company") existing employment agreements with "Named Executive Officers" (as defined by Item 402(a)(3) of Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation S-K) F. Morgan Gasior, Paul A. Cloutier and James J. Brennan to March 31, 2018. Prior to the extensions, the employment periods would have expired on March 31, 2017. The employment agreements between the Company and these individuals were filed as Exhibits 10.1 through 10.3 to the Report on Form 8-K of the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 20, 2008.
The forms of the “Extension of Term of Employment Period” that will be used to implement these actions is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1.
