On July 8, 2015 the Registrant announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable on July 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of July 22, 2015.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

BRIDGE BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2015 DIVIDEND

 

(Bridgehampton, NY –July 8, 2015) Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ^®: BDGE), the holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank, announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of July 22, 2015. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
