Item 2.02������ ����Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 22, 2014, Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. announced that it will report third quarter financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 27, 2014, after the market closes on Monday, November 3, 2014. The Company will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, to discuss its third quarter financial results.
