Vale on the Mozambique coal transaction

�

Rio de Janeiro, December�05, 2014 � In response to the recent media news, Vale S.A. (Vale) informs that it has ongoing negotiations with a potential investor in its coal and logistics operations in Mozambique, as previously announced.
