Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communique II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board

Within the scope of our Board of Directors’ buy-back decision on July 27, 2016, our Company purchased Eurobonds (XS1298711729) with a total nominal value of USD 1,000,000 at an average price of USD 97.300 totaling USD 984,819.44 on December 27, 2016.
