Regarding the merger of our 100% owned subsidiary Turktell Uluslararas1 Yat1r1m Holding A.^. with Turkcell through Facilitated Merger method, the merger announcement text has been approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) with the decision issued in the CMB bulletin (No. 2014/34) dated December 16, 2014.
