INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On May 26, 2015, Scorpio Tankers Inc. (the "Company") held its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company:

1.

elected Robert Bugbee, Donald C. Trauscht and Jose Tarruella to serve as Class II Directors of the Company until the Company's 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and until their successors are elected and qualified; and

2.

ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015.
