NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY PARTNERS ANNOUNCES DECLARATION OF QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
�

Edmonton, Alberta, December 12, 2014  North American Energy Partners Inc. (NAEP or the Company) (TSX: NOA) (NYSE: NOA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend (the Dividend) of two Canadian cents ($0.02) per common share, payable to common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2014.��The Dividend will be paid on January 23, 2015, and is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
