HEMISPHERE ENERGY ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF
ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

TSX-V: HME

Vancouver, British Columbia, June 8, 2015 – Hemisphere Energy Corporation ("Hemisphere" or the "Company") (TSX-V: HME) is pleased to announce that its shareholders approved all matters put before them at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting held June 5, 2015 (the "Meeting") as follows:

	1.	Presented the audited annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2014 and the report of the auditor thereon;
	2.	Fixed the number of directors of the Company at six (6);
	3.	Elected the following directors of the Company for the ensuing year: Charles O’Sullivan, Don Simmons, Frank Borowicz, Bruce McIntyre, Gregg Vernon, and Richard Wyman;
	4.	Appointed Smythe Ratcliffe LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year at a remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors; and
	5.	Passed an ordinary resolution approving the renewal of the Company’s Stock Option Plan.

The Meeting concluded with a presentation by Don Simmons, President and Chief Executive Officer, on Hemisphere’s current activities. This presentation can be found on the Company’s website at www.hemisphereenergy.ca.
