ChinaCache Announces Planned Departure of Dr. Ken Zhang

BEIJING, August, 12, 2015— ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (“ChinaCache” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CCIH), the leading total solutions provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced that Dr. Ken Zhang has notified the Company of his decision to no longer serve as the president of the Company after his term of office expires on August 31, 2015 due to personal reasons. Dr. Zhang will be a consultant to the Company after the expiration of his term of office until the end of 2015.

“Ken has been a valued colleague and friend, and played a critical role in the Company’s successful business development and the formation of critical strategic partnerships,” said Mr. Song Wang, founder, chairman and CEO of ChinaCache. “We are grateful for Ken’s years of dedication to the Company, and wish him well in his future endeavors.”

Mr. Song Wang and the rest of ChinaCache senior management team will assume Dr. Zhang’s responsibilities in the interim period before a new president is appointed.
