2. On May 21, 2007, the reporting person was granted an option to exercise 9,500 shares of common stock. The option vests equally in three annual installments beginning on May 21, 2008.
3. On October 30, 2007, the reporting person was granted an option to exercise 6,000 shares of common stock. The option vests equally in three annual installments beginning on October 30, 2008.
4. On April 14, 2008, the reporting person was granted an option to exercise 7,500 shares of Common Stock. The option vests equally in three annual installments beginning on April 14, 2009.
