Conversion of Common Shares into Preferred Shares

Based on Article 3.1. Subsection (iv)�of the Company�s Articles of Incorporation and in Chapter 6, Literal B of the Company�s Initial Offering Prospectus in the Colombian Market, the Company informs that it has received and accepted a request to convert 5,000,000 of the Company�s Common Shares into Preferred Shares at the rate of one Preferred Share per each Common Share, which represents approximately 0.75% of the total number of outstanding Common Shares. The Company has proceeded with the corresponding registrations.

As a consequence, the number of outstanding Common Shares is reduced by 5,000,000 shares, resulting in 660,800,003 Common Shares and 340,507,917 Preferred Shares outstanding.

The conversion of shares does not cause any change to the Company�s subscribed and paid capital.
