UPDATE: Market Makes Up Losses Into the Close

The market is again reversing higher into the close. Dow down 336, was down 640 a short time ago.

Update: Upside is related to various rumors swirling. One is China is considering removing the 75% loan-to-deposit ratio for banks.

The more obvious rumor is that the fed will not raise rates this year.

Markets are very volatile, with the Dow now giving back 100 points like that.
