Dell, Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) shares were active again today on more privatization chatter.

According to Reuters, discussions with banks are still moving along. Silver Lake and another investment partner are still said to be in talks with Dell.

Credit Suisse, Band of America, Barclays, and RBC Capital were all approached for financing. The situation is still "fluid," Reuters noted.

Shares are up 5.4 percent today. Some analysts speculate a $15 per share offer, though that could move to $18 under certain circumstances.
