True Religion Apparel Inc. (NASDAQ: TRLG) is seeing upside action mid-day Monday following reports from DealReporter that the company will likely get takeover interest from foreign P/E firms and strategic buyers.

In October, the company announced that it received indications of interest from third parties regarding a potential transaction with the Company. At that time the company said they would explore and evaluate potential strategic alternatives.

Shares of True Religion last traded at $26.46, up 2.3 percent.
