NY AG Cuomo Sends Letter to Regulators; Board Minutes Suggest Officials Threatened to Remove BofA's Mgmt -CNBC

According to headlines from CNBC, New York Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, has sent a letter to regulators related to the Bank of America (NYSE: BAC)/Merrill deal raising questions about transparency of TARP and disclosures at BofA.

Sources say that Board minutes have suggested that officials threatened to remove BofA's Board and management if the deal ended.
