McGraw-Hill (MHP) Moves Off Lows, Lawyer Suggests U.S. Politically Motivated

The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MHP) is moving off the lows of the day after the company's attorney Floyd Abrams made comments on CNBC about the DoJ lawsuit.
Abrams said while no one knows if the DoJ is politically motivated, he notes the intensity of investigation increased after S&P downgrade the credit rating of the U.S.
Shares down just 5% now after trading down over 8% before the interview.
Rival Moody's Corp. (NYSE: MCO) is also moving off the lows.
