Shares of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LEH) are down 7% on reports CFO, Erin M. Callan, and President/COO, Joseph M. Gregory, on reports from CNBC's Charlie Gasparino that both are out.
The company has yet to confirm the news.
Bloomberg is reporting that Ian Lowitt will take over as CFO. Callan to rejoin investment banking division. McDade to succeed Gregory as President, COO.
NOTE: This is concerning news as Callan just ran the entire call the other day.
