Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) is seeing a small intra-day spike on rumors Carl Icahn will make a tender offer for the stock. If you remember, in their CNBC battle Icahn warned short seller Bill Ackman that a tender offer for the stock could create the 'mother of all short squeezes.'
