InterOil Corporation (Nasdaq: IOC) is falling here on reports from PNG Industry News.net that ROYAL Dutch Shell has no access to InterOil's data room for any possible deal over its Gulf LNG project in Papua New Guinea according to a source.
Shares of IOC last traded at $89.29, down 1.9 percent.
