Dish Network (DISH) Is An Winner from AT&T/T-Mobile Deal Termination

There are numerous "winners" from AT&T's (NYSE: T) dropped bid for T-Mobile. Among them are Sprint (NYSE: S) and the tower operators like SBA Communications (Nasdaq: SBAC), American Tower Corp. (NYSE: AMT), Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI). Another winner from the called off deal could be Dish Network (Nasdaq: DISH).

Dish Network (DISH) could benefit in two ways.

First, spectrum assets benefit from the called off deal. Dish has lots of spectrum.

Second, AT&T could now target Dish in a takeover.

Shares of Dish Network are up 4.4 percent to $26.25 in pre-open action Tuesday.
