AllThingsD reported earlier Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) may be looking to partner with China Telecom (NYSE: CHA) in order to sell the iPhone in China. A source has said the nation's Radio Management Office approved a deal between the two for China Telecom's CDMA2000 network.
