Bill Ackman and short sellers are getting the upper hand again in Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF). Shares are down 9 percent mid-day and down 19 percent since Monday's open.
The downside comes amid the FTC shut down of Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, which they called a "pyramid scheme." Some believe comments from the FTC could indicated they could also be looking at Herbalife.
