lululemon (LULU) May Issue Positive Q4 Update into ICR XChange

lululemon athletica (Nasdaq: LULU) is ticking higher as at least one firm is getting positive on the stock Wednesday morning.

Stifel Nicolaus sees lululemon issuing a positive fourth-quarter update ahead of the ICR XChange conference next week. The firm cites "very encouraging" sales trends. Comparable-store sales might also top the company's own guidance in December for high-single-digit growth.

Stifel currently sees Q4 comps up 10 percent.

Key into the conference will be comments over discounting, sales trends.

Stifel has lululemon at Buy with a price target of $83. Shares are up ahead of the bell Wednesday.
