Limited Brands, Inc. (NYSE: LTD) reported a comparable store sales increase of 5 percent for the four weeks ended Nov. 24, 2012, compared to the four weeks ended Nov. 26, 2011. The company reported net sales of $922.0 million for the four weeks ended Nov. 24, 2012, compared to net sales of $872.6 million last year.
The company reported a comparable store sales increase of 7 percent for the 43 weeks ended Nov. 24, 2012, compared to the 43 weeks ended Nov. 26, 2011. The company reported net sales of $7.525 billion for the 43 weeks ended Nov. 24, 2012, compared to net sales of $7.721 billion last year.
November 2011 and 2011 year-to-date sales included $13.1 million and $702.4 million attributable to the third party apparel sourcing business, which was sold in November 2011.
