Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) October comparable sales rose 5% for the total company - up 2% in the U.S. and up 17% International. The consensus was a 4.7% rise.
Excluding the positive impact of foreign exchange, as well as the negative impact from gasoline deflation, comparable sales rose 4% for the total company.
