CPI Corp. (CPY) Reports Mixed Q1 Results; Comps Up 1%

CPI Corp. (NYSE: CPY) reports Q1 EPS of $0.34, versus the analyst estimate of $0.24 and compared to a loss of $0.04 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $93.5 million, versus the consensus of $103.10 million.

Same store sales, excluding impacts of revenue deferral adjustments, foreign currency translation, loyalty program revenue deferral and store closures, increased 1% versus the same quarter last year.
