SiteOne Landscape Supply (SITE) IPO Opens Up 22%

Today's IPO for SiteOne Landscape Supply (NYSE: SITE) opened for trading moments ago at $25.64 per share, after pricing 10,000,000 shares of common stock by selling stockholders CD&R Landscape Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and Deere & Company, at a public offering price of $21.00 per share.

The offering is being made through an underwriting group led by Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Investment Bank, who are acting as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the offering. Additional book-running managers are Barclays, Baird, RBC Capital Markets and William Blair. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, ING, HSBC, Natixis, SMBC Nikko and Academy Securities are acting as co-managers for the offering.

SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. is the largest and only national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States and has a growing presence in Canada. Its customers are primarily residential and commercial landscape professionals who specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of lawns, gardens, golf courses and other outdoor spaces.
