Blue Coat, Inc. (NYSE: BLCT) filed a $100 million IPO. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker 'BLCT'
Following this offering, investment funds controlled by Bain Capital Investors, LLC will continue to control a majority of the voting power of the outstanding common stock.
The offering is being led by Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
