Shares of 99 Cents Only Stores (NYSE: NDN) are seeing pre-open interest Friday following reports private equity firm Apollo Management (NYSE: APO) may bid $22-$24 per share for the dollar store operator.
In March, the company received a $19.09 per share "going private" offer from members of the Schiffer/Gold family, together with Leonard Green & Partners, L.P.
