The winners will be determined by consumers, who have until 30 September to cast their votes, with the winners announced at the BTA Gala Awards Dinner being held in London on 25 November 2015.

Founded in 2012, refund.me makes air passenger rights more transparent and easily enforceable on a worldwide scale. For passengers affected by flight delays and cancellations, refund.me provides a free online tool to determine eligibility and claim compensation from airlines under European Union regulation (EC) 261/2004.

Passengers can file claims directly from the refund.me website or via a free app. Depending on the nature and duration of the delay, cancellation or re-routing passengers can claim up to €600 per flight.
