NEW YORK and FOSTER CITY, Calif., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- XL Marketing Corp., a leader in the fast growing Big Data-Driven Marketing and CRM space, announced today that it has acquired the Adchemy Actions division of Adchemy, Inc., a Silicon Valley pioneer in the application of real-time analytics and machine learning to personalize marketing messages that drive customer action.
New York City-based XL Marketing will use Adchemy Actions' patented Marketing Platform to power the Company's Web - Desktop and Mobile - Marketing efforts on behalf of brands in the Financial Services, Insurance, Communications Services, Health & Wellness and Education sectors. Adchemy Actions' platform synthesizes Big Data in real time to best match a marketing message to a specific individual, resulting in better returns for Brands and an improved user experience for consumers.

The entire Adchemy Actions division will join XL Marketing's team of more than 500 professionals. The Company will create a 'Center of Excellence' in Silicon Valley for Technology & Analytics, joining its other Centers of Excellence in New York City, London and Hyderabad, India.
Cullen Jowitt, Vice President and General Manager of the Adchemy Actions division, becomes a Senior Vice President for XL Marketing. Eddie Rau, Jr., one of the architects of the Adchemy Actions platform, will be Vice President of Engineering. Matt Tillman will be a Vice President and General Manager in the Financial Services vertical.
