WorldCare International, Inc. Participated in the 61st Annual International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans' Employee Benefits Conference

WorldCare International, Inc., the first company to develop a thorough second medical opinion process, participated in the 61st annual Employee Benefits Conference. The Employee Benefits Conference was hosted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and took place Sunday, November 8th through Wednesday, November 11th, 2015. The conference was held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

With nearly 5,000 participants, this was the nation's largest employee benefits conference. WorldCare International, Inc. representatives were excited about this networking opportunity and the chance to meet with pension, health and welfare advisors. The conference featured over 100 educational sessions and interactive workshops led by industry professionals.

Notable events at the Employee Benefits Conference included three featured guest speakers. Marcus Luttrell, decorated Navy Seal and best-selling author of "Lone Survivor," gave a talk on the opening night; Scott Christopher, actor, speaker and best-selling author of "The Levity Effect: Why it Pays to Lighten Up," was the keynote speaker; and Professional Training and Coaching Consultant Michael Allosso spoke for the final session.

Sessions at the Annual Employee Benefits Conference were broken into six categories: administration, fiduciary responsibility, general topics, health and welfare, investments and pensions. Each topic was covered through various presentations, workshops and a closing roundtable discussion.

Through numerous seminars, enrichment workshops and meetings, WordCare International, Inc. representatives learned and gained further insights into general workplace business, communication and health and welfare benefits. WorldCare International, Inc. participants were especially interested in the two featured presentations, entitled "Healthy Pleasures- Engaging People in Successful Behavior Change" and "Improving End-of-Line Care."

For instance, several sessions discussed successful behavioral changes for a healthier lifestyle, the effectiveness of wellness programs, healthcare alternatives, specialty drugs, current drug trends and mental health management.
