HOUSTON, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announces plans to release its first quarter 2015 results on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 after the close of market. In conjunction with the release, Willbros has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet on Wednesday, May 6th at 9:00 am Eastern Time (8:00 am Central Time).
