Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Announces Voting Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting

WHISTLER, BC, Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) (the "Company") today announced the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on February 10, 2016 in Whistler, British Columbia (the "Meeting"). A total of 29,745,332 common shares were represented at the Meeting, being 78.09% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Each of the director nominees proposed by management were elected as directors of the Company.
