WestRock Company Announces Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter Fiscal 2015 Results; New Company to Begin Trading on July 1 Upon the Merger of RockTenn and MWV

NORCROSS, Ga. and RICHMOND, Va., June 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WestRock (NYSE: WRK) today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss third quarter fiscal 2015 results and other topics on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 9 a.m. EDT. WestRock will release its third quarter fiscal 2015 results after the market closes on Wednesday, July 29, 2015.

WestRock will begin trading on July 1 upon the merger of RockTenn (NYSE: RKT) and MWV (NYSE: MWV).
