Wealth Advisor Hank Holland Joins First Republic

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC), a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that Hank Holland has joined First Republic Private Wealth Management in San Francisco.

Holland, who worked for Merrill Lynch for the past nine years, has been named Managing Director and Portfolio Manager. He will work with individuals and families to provide customized wealth management and estate planning strategies. Holland is located at First Republic’s headquarters office in San Francisco.

Before joining First Republic, Holland was a Managing Director in Merrill Lynch’s Private Bank and Investment Group in San Francisco. Before that, he worked at Bernstein Global Wealth Management for 11 years as a Principal and served as National Director of Investment Planning. Holland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s degree in Agriculture from Colorado State University. Holland is active in civic organizations and has served on the Board of Trustees of Cardigan Mountain School (Chairman), U.S. Ski Team Foundation, San Francisco Ballet (former Vice Chairman), Bay Area Discovery Museum (former Chairman), Marin Catholic High School, The Little School, and Grace Cathedral.
