    Who:   Dr. John Agwunobi, senior vice president and president of health
           and wellness, Wal-Mart Stores U.S., and Bill Simon, executive vice
           president and chief operating officer, Wal-Mart Stores U.S.

           Dr. Agwunobi is the former Assistant Secretary for Health for the
           U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Admiral in the
           U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. He now oversees
           Wal-Mart's health and wellness business unit including pharmacies,
           vision centers and in-store clinics.

           Bill Simon is the architect of Wal-Mart's $4 prescription drug
           program.
