GUANGZHOU, China, March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Vipshop Holdings Limited (NYSE: VIPS), China's leading online discount retailer for brands ("Vipshop" or the "Company"), today announced that Mr. Alex Jing Jiang has tendered his resignation as senior vice president of business intelligence and customer relationship management of the Company, effective March 31, 2015, due to his desire to pursue his personal interests and further education. Mr. Jiang will continue to serve the Company as a senior corporate advisor.
