Ultimate Software Rated #1 by Employees for “Best Business Outlook”, According to Bloomberg.com Article

WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that the company has the “best business outlook” nationwide, according to its employees, as determined by reviews on careers website Glassdoor.com and reported by Bloomberg Business.

Glassdoor’s list ranks the top 10 companies with 1,000 or more employees that have received at least 30 business-outlook ratings in employee reviews posted to the site in the past three months. As reported by Bloomberg, of the approximately 445,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, Ultimate received the most positive performance outlook from its workforce, exceeding 90%, more than double the Glassdoor average of 43%. Bloomberg also noted Ultimate’s strong financial performance over the past 12 months in correlation to its employees’ attitude on the company’s future earnings.
