U-Haul Moving and Storage of Riverhead Opens for Business on Long Island

CALVERTON, N.Y., March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Company of Long Island has increased its network of moving and self-storage locations with the opening of U-Haul Moving and Storage of Riverhead. Formerly Dollar Storage, this facility is the farthest east of any U-Haul store on Long Island.

This property, located directly off Interstate-495, consists of five one-story self-storage buildings. The buildings sit on 6.35 acres of land located at 2080 River Road. U-Haul Moving and Storage of Riverhead NY features 68,023 square feet of building space and 470 self-storage rooms, 168 of which are climate-controlled.
