Tom Stokes Has Joined Evercore as a Senior Managing Director in its Technology Banking Group

NEW YORK, May 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Evercore (NYSE: EVR) announced today that Tom Stokes has joined the Firm's Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director in its Technology Banking Group. Mr. Stokes is based in New York and will focus on advising clients across the technology sector. 

Mr. Stokes was most recently a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. With over 16 years of experience and over 13 years at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Stokes has extensive experience advising companies across the technology industry. In particular, he has advised on a number of the most notable recent transactions across the semiconductor, electronics and industrial tech subsectors.
