MAUMEE, Ohio, Aug. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) today announced a fourth quarter 2015 cash dividend of 14 cents ($0.14) per share payable October 22, 2015, to shareholders of record on October 1, 2015.

This is The Andersons' 76th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since its listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 28 million common outstanding shares.
