IRVINE and SILICON VALLEY, Calif., Sept. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ten-X, the nation's leading online real estate transaction marketplace, today announced the hiring of Camille Renshaw as Head of the Institutional Group. In her new role, Renshaw will oversee Ten-X Commercial's growing Institutional division which works with hedge funds, private equity groups, financial firms and large corporations to help investment managers buy and sell commercial properties on the company's innovative online transaction platform.

"Camille's unique experience, proven leadership and sterling reputation across all corners of the commercial real estate industry makes her a perfect fit for effectively engaging our expanding roster of Institutional clients and ensuring that we consistently deliver what they need to be successful," said Gordon Smith, General Manager of the Ten-X commercial real estate division. "We are delighted to have her join us as we solidify our position as the nation's foremost online transaction platform for commercial properties."

Renshaw has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and has closed more than $20 billion in transactions over the course of her career. Most recently, she was a Senior Director at the Stan Johnson Company, where she founded the company's New York office. Prior to her time at Stan Johnson Company, she was the Director of Investment Sales at Colliers International, where she was one of the company's Top 40 Worldwide Producers.

Renshaw has established herself as an industry leader, making frequent speaking appearances at industry events, authoring articles and being quoted extensively by a number of leading real estate publications. Renshaw will be based in the company's New York office.

"Ten-X represents the future of commercial real estate transactions," said Renshaw, who joined the company on August 1st.
